Hi I have a secondary number that I do not have account for and I want to stop my automatic payment and l also do not remember my pin what do I do.

if you do not know the login for the second account, you will have to ask PM support agent to help to sort it out, or simply help you to remove the credit card from that account. You can submit ticket by direct message:

If monthly payments are taken out then you have an account for the secondary number. It will be a different email address then your primary number because 1 account/1 email.
Click on the Chat icon for an CS_Agent to help you login to your secondary account by typing in Submit a Ticket then Contact.

Hi. You can change your pin number online. Log onto your account and give it a try.
Or do you mean your account password?
And depending on your plan or phone number…some one here might take it over.
