Hi everyone,
I'm thinking of signing up online, but am having a lot of difficulty figuring out access to "My Account" if I have more than 1 user (phone number) on the account. The idea would be similar to a family plan. If it makes a difference, we already have our phones, and only need plans. Please help!! 😰

Hi @rewards , PM let's everyone to create Community Account and ask questions, even they are not customers now. They have to do this because PM does not have a store to sell nor a number to call. People have to setup account here to ask questions or use the account to open ticket with CS agent

Hi @rewards to get rewards , you have to have the email on Community account matching the one on My Account. That is the only way PM can apply the rewards

No family plan or multiple users under one account. While there is no break in price if more than one person is on PM, the prices and rewards themselves make it an attractive and cost effective option

Just create another email address and use that for your second account. PM system here is simply, they don't tie accounts together.

Sorry, but you can't have more than one phone number per account. Each phone number is in a seperate account and must have a seperate login. The system shouldn't even have allowed that. Did you actually use the same e-mail for each one?
