I can not get your situation correctly, anyway, if you can not log in your kids account, you have to reset the password. If you can log in your kids account but can not subscribe the other plan, please contact technical support.

Hi @Ferry1971  you can , you just need the correct email login for each account

since you are going between different accounts, use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to avoid cache probem.

and if you don't have all the login email , please try reset password or submit ticket with CS agent for help
