Hi i have my email and phone number BUT it now will not send me a forgotten password link - I have 3 accounts and this is the last one i need to recover to renew my subscription Thanks 🙂

yes, you should have 3 separate to login the 3 different accounts, you can get PM support agent to help. Submit ticket by direct message:
