I paid for extra data, but says it's incompatible with my plan. So can I get a refund if I can't use the extra data ?

Canada-wide data add-ons cannot be used in combination with plans that include Canada-wide unlimited data at reduced speeds.

It is weird that it is incompatible, check with PM

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
