Moving my eSIM from a device with broken display

Hello, the support here is totally useless. My one thread was divided into 3 separate useless conversations. They only reply to reply, not to help, and they still proceed charging my card while we speak. Can anybody guide me through moving my eSIM to another device if my display is broken? I am unable to complete actions like turn on Bluetooth and confirm moving number to my new device. If I don’t get help soon, I would be forced to move to another provider, I just didn’t want to change phone number

you got a new phone yet?

instead of moving the esim from old to the new phone, you need to get a replacement for free

download the Public Mobile app on your new phone and login.  You might have problem getting the 2FA code, just click Didn't receive code and then select the send email option

after you got the code in email, go to the Account page, and click Purchase sim card and choose esim.  It is supposed to be free, but pay first and ask PM support to reimburse after

@yana4ka  with your  new device, log into the  PM

app and rebuy eSIM and the you should  get credit back at check  out, if not ask support and the will  give you the credit
