Moving eSim to new phone

Hello, I got a new phone and I want to move my eSIM over to it without having to get a new phone number. Is this possible? If so, how?

To keep your same phone number, what you do is you download the Public Mobile app on your new phone. Go to Account, purchase SIM card purchase eSIM.

If you had one already, the system will recognize and not charge the fee, or if it does charge it should automatically credited back. If not, use the chatbot to create a ticket and ask.
