My old phone which has public mobile esim, is dead.
I want to move my esim to Telus need help with bypass text , so that Telus can pull my esim and mobile no. On their network.

Thx for the #, I was able to call them, however i get the same answer : connect with public mobile customer via ticket. They can't access public mobile data through telus.

hi @Aks56 but you call he phone number I sent you and talk to them? they can fir sure move the line from the end. we have gone through this before

During the activation process, you're given the option to take a new number or port (transfer) old Public Mobile number to new Telus account.
Telus tells me to ask public mobile to bypass text, they can't do it at their end. And here i am stuck between the two.

the Public Mobile esim won't work on Telus...you need to download the Telus app, create the new account and buy their esim.

Telus owns PM and they can move your line over without the porting authorization text. But you need to call Telus porting team and ask them to help
