yes, you can , and can be done easily

just download PM app on your new phone, then login and go to Subscription & Addon page and then scroll down to the bottom for Shop sim card.  You can then buy a new esim there for $5

Do you know if it’s possible to purchase new e-sim but with my current number? 
I don’t want to change my number, and I don’t have physical SIM card, esim only

@DariaIA16   You can't transfer an esim from one device to another.  You will need to log in to the Public Mobile app on the new phone and purchase a new esim.
