I would not suggest to buy the device for use with PM.
With 3G is shutting down this year in Manitoba and the rest of the country next year, every phone will need VoLTE for voice. While Motorola Signature has VoLTE itself, it likely won't be compatible with PM network. PM has a very strict VoLTE whitelist and most phones that are NOT designed and marketed for the North American market are not on the whitelist. So, I will avoid
