Please help me I wish there was some type of person I could call six *611 but every time I called it doesn’t do nothing for me were told me to go back online I just want to get my phone up and working I don’t get it my plan ended two days ago and it’s a $50 plan so I typed up $60 and now it’s saying my balance is now $15 it says my plan is still active but can’t make calls nor receive them or text

To be clear....in your account your service says active. Your balance is $15 (credit). But your services are not working ? All? Both incoming and outgoing texts? Calls? Data? Did your plan data reset? Does it show any used? You have rebooted your phone? Tried lost/stolen as suggested by @gpixel ?

- try enable/disable lost/stolen mode in your self serve
if that doesn't help contact customer support here
