Hi there

 

There was a bad charge to my credit card.

 

I paid my bill today and I had $3, 1 dollar loyalty and 2 dollars auto pay on $25 plan

 

I was charged $28.25

And $21.47 

Total $49.72

 

Can I have refund I was only to pay $23

@AdamLove  based upon the information given it looks like your rewards were not applied you were charged $25 + 13% applicable taxes for a total of $28.25. As for the second charge of $19 + 13% applicable taxes $21.47. Do you have two $25 plans being paid by this one credit card?

 

Contact the moderators and ask them to give you a $3 credit for the lost rewards and ask them to look into the other charge if it doesn't apply to another account, or the $19 isn't sitting in your account as a credit. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
