I noticed for this month I did not have my rewards applied as per usual every month. But was applied after auto pay from mt account on January 21, 2024? Who can I speak with to figure out what went wrong?

A few posts from other customers recently about failure of rewards not being applied. By chance, did you switch over to the new rewards points system?
If not, then you will need to contact customer service agent.

rewards $ usually added to My Account the day before renewal. If you really don't see it, please open ticket with PM support and they can confirm
