Monthly payment taken days earlier!!

Good morning, Can someone please explain why Public Mobile is trying to take my monthly pmt earlier. This is not the first time. It's quite unpredictable and downright annoying!!

@Firefly2 You can look in the app under the "Payment" tab. It will show you the next amount due and on what date. PM doesn't take the payment before that date.

Public Mobile is a prepaid service on a 30 day billing cycle

@Firefly2  remember public mobile is every 30 days not monthly so the day will constantly change for renewal
