If you need official statement/bill from PM, contact agent
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

You can login to your account and printout Plan Details that will show your name and cell number and printout My Profile that will show your name and address.
If you need an official receipt then contact a CS_Agent but it will take awhile for them to email you a PDF of the receipt.
