I tried to port over to Public Mobile on Sunday for the 12GB plan and in the process I got an invalid SIM notification, but recieved a confirmation email. So I've been paying for service I don't have.
Can you please look at my PM to help me port over? I have been waiting respectively but after being ignored on Twitter, in PMs and via email is very annoying. PLEASE help!

It's best if you contact Public with the below method with your phone number and/or account number so they can look into your issue.

I would recommend you to do both. Please take note that at the moment, there's probably going to be a week long wait for fixing this issue. You can also try message public mobile through facebook.I had better luck with faster response there.
