Try your Telus SIM. If it's working just keep using it until it stops. Do not cancel your Telus account.

You need to contact moderator by private message or tagging them on the post. Even you post in a forum, you will still need to send a message eventually due to your private information.

I would recommend you to do both. Please take note that at the moment, there's probably going to be a week long wait for fixing this issue. You can also try message public mobile through facebook.I had better luck with faster response there.
