Without seeing a screen shot of your payment page, I am really thinking the $30 is actually a credit for the 3 services and actually only the $40 was charged to your credit card. Or is there an actual second charge on your card for $30?

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Did you change your plans recently? That might have caused issues about double billing. Check your payment history to see what the reason.
However, for billing concerns, you likley need to contact moderator. For future reference, starting your own topic or quesiton would better.

Hi, i had made a payment on Aug 2 for $40 but i see that on the same day another $30 is debited from my credit card. Can you let me know the reason and refund it back to my credit card?

As above, your account number is listed in your self-serve account. It is also in the activation e-mail.
By simply posting a message in these forums, there's no way for any Public Mobile employee to know who you are. You must contact Moderator_Team privately to discuss anything about your account.
