Hi, today i tried to make a payment for my phone but when i try to dial *611 it tells me that this number is not saved and i cant get to the options

When you dial 611 to make payment, make sure you're using your cell phone to make the call.
Or 18554public from any phone. But I'd be more interested in what exactly the 611 call is coming back with.

When you dial 611 to make payment, make sure you're using your cell phone to make the call.
