I've suddenly lost wifi connection on my phone. I get asked for sign in information, instead of the usual password.
Anyone else have recent changes ?

hi @TBurke
reset network settings is a basic troubleshooting step that any support will ask you to perform. they can't really help more if you do not do that
it is true after you reset network, you have to add your home wifi back
in the meantime, also make sure your mobile network is enabled
if that does not help, please really click Reset Network Settings

I can't use Wi-Fi on my home or work network. I think it's the phone.
I've tried all the simple fixes. Think it's something deeper into the phone settings.
I'm worried about resetting my entire network settings. It took me forever to get the right settings to make public mobile work on my phone.

@TBurke Is the request for sign in information happening when you try to log in to your Public Mobile account? Or is it for your router since you mention wifi (as already noted, wifi is not provided by Public Mobile but by your regular internet provider).

Hello @TBurke
Just note, WiFi isn't something Public Mobile would assist with as that is your mobile device tied in with whatever internet provider you have.
If you are actually referring to data that Public Mobile has provided you as part of your plan, you can check the app and see what your data usage is at and see if that's an issue. Also, if there is more data left to be used, you can always do a network reset on your phone.

hi @TBurke
you used up your data
you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and check your data usage
or you can use Wifi to login My Account and check using data. Better to use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser
