It really sounds like your account has been deactivated. Another thing to try is using another phone and dial 1-855-4pu-blic and entering your phone number. If it comes back saying invalid then it's gone.

Mobile not registered with network no any cell phone signal bar showing on the phone, and 4 months ago I paid it.  When I call to my no number I am getting responses " The no you are trying not in service ".

@julan when was the last time you used PM service?  Account suspending for non payment for over 90 days will be closed

  Was it that long?

You didn't answer my question. When did you last pay? Or also what recording do you get when you dial 611 with the Public sim in the phone?

When was the last time you paid? If more than 4 months ago (120 days) then the account is gone.

If you wish to be with Public then you'll need a new sim and create a new account. If your number originated from here (or Telus or Koodo) then maybe you could get it back. But if it came from a whole other provider then you would need to go back to them to get your old number.

@julan  - are you a new customer, or a customer that has had working services all along until 'all of a sudden'?

Try your SIM card into another compatible phone, if it works, then check to see if other phone is compatible or if it is blacklisted.

Frequency checks:

Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

@julan

Try turning the airplane mode on and off a few times.    Waiting a few minutes in-between on and off.

That usually fixes that situation.

@julan Try turn off the phone, then remove sim card, wait a couple of minutes, inset sim card, reboot the phone.

Check your phone APN settings:

Turn phone off, wait a while, turn it on.

Check for service outages:

@julan

Try resetting network connections.

Also, check TELUS outage maps.

EDIT:  the first thing you should do @julan  is check your self serve account to see if the account status is "active".  You can also dial *611 from your phone to hear a recorded message re account status.
