Why do I keep getting this message? I am trying to book an appointment, and it is not working. What is the problem?

I just rebooted my phone, and I clicked Reset network settings, and it worked. Off to make a couple of appointments.

how much data you have? your mobile data turned on?

can you make phone calls? do you see the phone connected to PM network?
did you turn on Mobile data? and you don't have data limit set?
try Reboot your phone and click Reset network settings
