Mobile network lost

My mobile network did not work suddenly yesterday afternoon. I have no idea to recover it even I restarted my phone. I can send message, make phone call but not internet connection. Why?

@TLGuan , by chance does your phone have the data usage meter turned on and a limit was hit?  Give that a check and also confirm that mobile data was not turned off.
