Mobile data disconnects

My mobile data repeatedly disconnects. I have tried the SIM in several phones and have the same issue

@shelbylyn   which area you are at?  province and city?

is it working better when you test it in another area?

and you sure you still have data ?  check again using Incognito mode and see if how much data you still have.

 

If you still have data, you really should open ticket with PM Support, they can confirm if anything wrong  with the network towers in your area, or anything wrong with your account

Yes I have 17 GB of data remaining

It's possible that there's some network maintance occuring and that it will start working properly again without you needing to take any further steps.

Running out of data could not make data repeatedly disconnect. It won't work out all if the customer is out of data.

Finally Click here to submit a ticket
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

check inbox(top right corner envelope icon) for response from CS_Agent.
