Hello,
I am having following issue.
Issue - Mobile Data, MMS isnt working.
After coming back from other country my mobile data, mms stopped working, which is since 24th March 2023. I tried multiple options suggested over internet and public mobile community, but couldn't find any solution. I am using Oneplus 6 phone. Combination of current SIM card and this phone doesn't allow me to change/edit or add APN settings. After setting it to default APN Settings (i have attached picture) data works for 1 second only.
I used my SIM card in other Oneplus 6 and data works fine. I used other public mobile SIM card in my phone and data works fine. But my SIM card data/mms isnt working in my phone.
Do I need new SIM card for my phone?
Kindly find solution.
Thank you

As @softech pointed out check for a VPN. Your default APN should work so if disabling a VPN and/or a network reset doesn't restore your ability to access mobile data you may need customer support to reset your account and reprovision your Sim card.

@mandarst_2003 you likely don't need a new sim card. Probably just VPN profile and/or APN
On your phone,. check if your have any VPN profile setup, delete them if so. ( this is very common cause if another overseas sim card was used, somehow some VPN profile setup with that sim)
For APN, quick way is to try Reset All Networks and it could work ( but you need to re-setup the Wifi and Bluetooth)
Slower way is to edit the APN settings. Compare yours to this:
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy:
Port:
Username: <blank>
Password: <blank>
Server:
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication Type: Not Set
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
(might need to include dun for hotspot)
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
or Turn APN on/off APN turned on
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator) type: GID
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator)value: 4D

The issue is unliklely to be your SIM card, but rather with your account. The "x" symbol above your signal meter is similar to the esclmation mark on my device if I turn off mobile data. Please check that mobile data is turned on.
