Hello, I recently opened an account but have yet to be able to log into the mobile account since opening it. After setting my phone up, etc., I was logged out. When I try to log back in, I enter my info and click "log in", it loads, and then returns to the same log-in page. This cycle repeats if I try to log in again.
Please let me know how I can fix this problem and access my account on the mobile app.

@Tracy89 , try force closing the app, delete app cache and then restarting the app.
