Please note that there is currently some mobile service degradation in Vancouver (since Nov 4 @ 5:38PM) and Calgary (since today @ 11:46AM)
They are both under investigation with no ETA.
If you experiencing issue, reboot your phone every hour and check if issue is resolved in your area

Thanks hTide, I’m in Toronto so the outage in Western Canada doesn’t affect me. My data and texting work fine, I’m just not able to make any outgoing calls which is very concerning. I tried sending a message through the app, but the app isn’t working. And when I tried to send a direct message to an agent it told me that the service was unavailable. I’m getting locked out out of return.
