I have received the replacement Visa card today I have entered the payment and the subscription should have started - it's been a couple hours and this Public Mobile cell service is not working . How long does it take for it to restart?

did you update the credit card on My Account? Even the expiry date changed but with same number, you need to update it
login My Account and check if you see the button Pay and Resume Services, click and follow instructions from there
