Are there ongoing mobile network issues in Vancouver, BC? I have phone service but no data for the entire day (09/18).
Anyone else having the same issue?

Hi All,
Thank you for the above advice. I checked my APN settings and it's correct. Turns out I some how disabled my mobile data.

Hi @PD;
Are you still having data issues? I know it's basic, but did you make sure you didn't inadvertently turn off mobile data? And you are sure that you have data left on your account? (Again, not likely as you would have gotten text warnings from PM, but it's worth a log into self serve to check.)

As mentioned above, check if your APN settings are correct.

I'm also in Vancouver area but have no issues at all...full LTE speed as per normal...i have 3 different numbers all ok.... I would probably check your APN settings and/or restart phone......
