How come my phones ability to use data/internet has stopped. What is the current APN settings I want to check if it is still up to date! And if it's not that then what else could it be when I have not used up all my data ???

Most importantly, @Nat33 , do all your other services work? Both texting and calling in and out?
What messaging do you hear when you dial 611 from your device? That’ll tell you the current account status.

Did you try resetting the Network on your phone setting if your account indicates that you still have data remaining on your plan?

Did you log in to your account? If so then click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down to make sure you're seeing current info. Did you get any texts saying you're running out of data? If you're using Android do you have a data limiter set? And of course is your cell data on?
