Mobile Data won't work.

I have a Galaxy A12 and my current plan gives me 2G of monthly mobile data. It allows me to use the data for the first few days of each month before stopping completely. Whenever I try to turn on mobile data, it just gives me a notification saying "Sign in to Public Mobile". I tap on the notification and sign in, but nothing happens. It allows me to use the rest of my mobile data for the last few days of the month, but then when it resets the next month, the problem just repeats itself like a cycle. This has been going on for a few months now, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Dave82 it looks to me you have used up your data quickly every month.

First, login to My Account and check the usage there.  And while you are there, make note of the start date of the current cycle 

Then you can confirm your usage on your device. Go to Settings > Connections > Data Usage, first change the Billing start date to match the start date of the current month (You really need to do this as PM is on 30 days cycle and the cycle start date keeps changing), then the Data Usage screen will tell you how much data you used

Reset the network settings on your phone and see it that worked.
