Mobile Data not Available - How to Activate?

My account shows 1024 MB (purchased as a 1GB Add-on) available at 0.0% used. However, I am unable to connect to mobile data on my phone. My data worked until the data included with my plan expired. How can I "activate" this 1GB add-on? I have successfully purchased and used data add-ons in the past.

That seems to be my issue. Thanks for pointing that out!

@LucasHall123 , did you try to use Incognito mode to login and  confirm the addon indeed there?  The page has some cache issue and it is best to use Incognito mode to assure you are seeing the most updated usage info

Good idea but no, I don't have a limit set.

@LucasHall123  are you using Android?  Any chance you have set a data limit on your phone and it stopped you from using data as you reached the limit? 

 

Something like below , "Set Data Limit" and "Data Limit"

I have tried all these options previously. Call/SMS works, data does not.

Cellular data is on. As I noted the data that came with my plan worked until it ran out, but this add-on never kicked in.

I agree there shouldn't be a need. I've tried rebooting my phone. As I noted the data that came with my plan worked until it ran out, but this add-on never kicked in.

I assume that your base plan is activate presently (ie. not suspended).

Maybe try 

rebooting phone

network reset of phone

try your SIM card in another phone. To see whether PM service works.  Then return back to original phone.

Check your phone settings and see if Cellular Data is enabled (turned on).
