How can I verify my email when the code is never being sent

I want to log in and change my credit card payment but I wasn't able to log in and had to verify email but my old email is not getting the code.

If you actives your SIM and this Community the same time with the same email. Just click on your avatar on the top right of this page and then on My Setting…your email address.

You can also have the 2FA code sent by text if your account is Active.

Meanwhile you can purchase a voucher from these following retailer and dial 611 to enter the voucher number.

@tashi619 hi if you are not getting your code and nothing is working 

you will need to contact a customer service agent to help reset or change email for you

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply
