CHARGED TWICE A MONTH FOR TWO MONTHS

I have been charged twice a month for two month, but my payment data only shows one. I only have one account. But my Mastercard has been charged twice. once on the 16th for for 22.40 and again on the 28th for 35.84 (which is correct)

BUT WHERE IS THE 22.40 from and why am i being charged for something i don't have?

on different days? i have one account and they only bill monthly. there is no record on my public mobile account of the extra payment, but it comes out of my mastercard.
