I have searched and tried trouble shooting myself… wondering if anyone can help me out?

@Tbm1688  In Settings - Messages - Send and Receive is your phone number checked?  To contact PM customer service open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.

I have also tried turning I message off also a different iPhone and still won’t work

@Tbm1688 , I am not an iOS users so not totally familiar, could the problem be due to iMessage default getting in the way?

58.0 is my carrier profile … and my phone is updated.. anyone who work for public can help me?

Yeah I’ve have done all three of those things already … did it again and still nothing.

make sure mobile data is turned on, and make sure the iMessage has the Send as Text MMS turned on 

also try Reset Network Settings
