I just switched to public mobile yesterday and my phone hasn't been allowing me to send mms messages and whenever I try to submit a ticket I keep getting am error code. I've followed the instructions provided in the chatbox but still havent resolved the issue.

@Chelly21 did you turn 9m Mobile data when sending MMS? 

If that does not work still, try to click  Reset All networks and see if it helps

Did you turn on cell data? Android or iphone?
