Missing rewards?

Why have I not been receiving my rewards? It says I should have been all along but I have not been

@Jessica_11   Do you have auto-pay enabled?  If you were on the old rewards system you would be getting $2 off your bill each month for that, but on the new points system there is no auto-pay discount so that's one way to tell which system you are on.  Regardless, if you're not getting what you should be getting, open a ticket with support using the chat/message icon bottom right of this page.  Although is there any chance you inadvertently opted out of receiving points?

I’m a long time customer but I thought I was on the new points system and I checked and I don’t have any points

@Jessica_11   Can you elaborate a bit, which rewards specifically are you missing?  Are you a new customer or a long-time customer?  Are you on the old rewards system (which is now being dropped) or the new (since two years ago) points system?
