I'm currently set up for autopay but I don't have a $2 credit showing ... just wonder why?

You should submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

i m with PM for 17months now and have autopay.

this month ..no reward.

@Lisa6  If you just recently signed up you will get the $2 reward added to your next renewal. So during your next renewal you will get $2 + $2 = $4 off.

There was also an issue last month with applying credits, so you may get them credited the next month. You can see what's credited on your account balance in the self serve section too.

@Lisa6Your $2 reward would appear underneath My Rewards. eg

in your selfserve profile.

 

IT won't be converted into credits on your balance until the day your 30 day plan expires and being renewed.

Did you just sign up? If you just signed up, you get the $2 reward twice on renewal. It doesn't discount your activation.
