Missing loyalty bonus 1$

Hi there, ive been with PM since 2020 & im on my third year, i should be getting $3 so far in loyalty saving but only seeing $2 could someone help ?

It goes by 365 days, not 12x30 days. So from 0 to 1 year = $0. 1 - 2 years = $1. 2 - 3 years = $2 etc.
You can find your anniversary date in the rewards page and click on Discover Public Points. DON'T click on join!

Then after the renewal before that annual it will show the new $1. Then the renewal after that annual it will pay in to your balance.

You will see the $3 credit in your 3rd year plus 1 month.

When in 2020 did you join:?   Being in your third year would only make you eligible for $2 because approximately 3 years must be completed before you'll start receiving $3. This means that only in your fourth year will you start receiving $3.
