Missing Sim Card

I ordered a Sim card more than a week ago, so far nothing and I never got a confirmation email or order number.  Was going to submit a ticket but I couldn't find an order number anywhere.  Where would I find the order # please and thanks!

Yup can vouch for Canadian Cell supplies. Ordered twice. Received in under a week.

these guys sell PM sim cards for about $5...with free shipping. If you're in the GTA, you can also pick it up at the store. If the sim you ordered does arrive, you can gift it to a friend or family member. Use your referral code and they'll get $10 and you'll get the Refer-a-friend Reward of $1 every time your plan renews.

I haven't heard any bad reports...sounds like they're an honorable company.

Some reports delivery in days rather than weeks.

Lately sims have been taking 2 to 3 weeks. Since you have nothing contact the moderators with your information such as address, last digits of cc, date of order and they can look it up for you...

In the interim if you need a sim card stop at a Walmart and pick one up. Or if you have London drugs in your area. When you do get one don't forget to use a referral code for a $10 sign up bonus.

You should have received a confirmation email with an order#.  It generally takes two to three weeks for delivery.
