Missing Rewards, I was referred by a friend and then referred a friend, but I only got 10 dollars reward.

I understand suppose to get 20 dollars; how can I get the additional 10 dollars?

When you joined from a friend you get $10.
When you join a friend, the friend gets the $10, not you. You get $1 off every month as long as that friend stays with Public Mobile...

Actually, you might get more than $10 for referring your friend.  When did you friend join? 

There is a special Friend referral bonus for December.  If your friend joined between Dec 1 to 12th, you will get a special $5 for 5 month.  The first payment will start on the first week of  Jan 2023

Sorry but when you refer a friend, you don't get the $10.

The friend you refer only gets the $10 bonus credit.
