My husband signed up for Public Mobile using my referral code the first week of February. I received my referral bonus but he has not received his $10 bonus for signing up. How do we go about resolving this?

@janibee : If you got the dollar in your rewards and you see his last 4 digits in your rewards details then it seems extremely unlikely that he would not have received the $10.
If you like you could post the Payment history from activation to now and we can see what you see.

@janibee : Are you sure it didn't go towards his first renewal the first week of March? Check the Payment history on that account to see the transactions.
