On August 12 I purchased 1GB and the payment was processed but it does not show up on my account as an add-on.

Hello @Jillis55 

The website has cache issues which may be causing the reason you don't see it. Please go into your browser settings and clear your cache, then reboot your browser. Try signing back in and see if you see it. One other thing, please make sure you purchased the Canadian data and not the US data. Those mistake are often made by accident.

@Jillis55 , a little off topic, data add-ons have an expiry and so they do not offer good value unless it is a on off purchase.  Plans are now more data rich and generally lower priced.  It may be best value to select a plan with sufficient data to avoid having to buy data add-ons.

If the add-on really missed, check with PM.  You can open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
