Hi, All
I'm wondering when we'd see the credit for 1 month free for signing up during Black Friday Promotion?
I've yet to see it reflected on my bills.
(The referral bonus applied, but not the 1 month free).
Anyone with same issue or can direct where to reach out for help?

The general Community advice that the free 30 days promo would show up some time before 2nd renewal was correct. Mine just showed up at about 50 days.
Kudos to the Community, not so much to Public Mobile - would it kill them to show somewhere that you qualified for the promo and mention that it will take 30-60 days to show up?

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

The credit for the free 30 days of service will probably show up as a credit in your account before your second renewal.
