I've been with public mobile for a couple years now and have never had an issue. I was actually receiving an additional 1GB of data at no extra cost and had no issues until now, I noticed it has disappeared and is no longer listed in my add-ons. Anything I can do to get that back? It was apart of a bonus for signing up for the particular plan I had at the time. I haven't switched plans or anything so I'm not sure what would have caused it to go away. It makes my plan not feel worth it as I am paying the same price for less now.
Thanks

What plan are you currently on? What's your average usage per month? You can get an idea of it by looking at your last 3 or 4 data tracking cycles on your phone. Once you determine your usage you can decide if bumping up your plan is more economical than purchasing a $15/1gb data add on to supplement your plan.
If you need less than 500mb of extra data a month then the $15/1gb data add on that rolls over each 30 days may suffice. If you use more than that every month then you are better off scheduling a change plan on next renewal to a larger data plan. For example:
- Changing to the $35/3gb plan(w/autopay) from the $25/1gb plan(w/autopay) will add two extra gigabytes of data to your plan at a cost of $5/1gb.
- Changing from the $35/3gb plan to the $40/5gb (w/autopay) will also add 2 extra gigabytes of data to your plan at a cost of $2.50/1gb. Or 4gb extra if you are on the $25 plan at $2.50/1gb.
- If you are currently on the $35 plan you may be on the old $35/2gb plan (2.5gb w/autopay)so scheduling a plan change on next renewal to the updated plan with 3gb (w/autopay) will give you an extra 500mb and may be enough data to satisfy your current data needs.

@maggiefizzy Currently there are no data promotions. The last one was in December when PM gave out their holiday gifts to everyone (2gigs data and 500 Long Distance minutes).
You could consider buying a one gig data add-on. It's $15. It will stay on your account until it is all used up. Log into your account. Add $15 then click "Purchase add-ons". Then buy the add-on.

It must have been a 1 year promotion that has finally ended. As an existing customer do you know of any other data promotions I could add onto my current plan?

Usually bonus data/minutes have no time limit same as most Canadian add-ons.
Do you have by any chance screenshot of your account with this missing bonus?
Was it part of any limited promotion and it eventually expired? Most current promo was Holiday 2GB data.

When you activate with pm? Which plan do you have? You said the 1GB was a data add on. By definition bonus data add ons are one time. They stay on your account until completely consumed and then they disappear. Recurring bonus plan data resets each month and usually has an end date that shows how many 30 day cycles its good for and would not show in your add ons section but on your overview page on the right under "my promotions" with a data counter and either "unlimited" or a month counter showing how long its valid for ie 1/6 months til its end date ie 6/6 months.
If you give us a few more details we can find the promo you activated on.....depending how long its been you may find the current in market plans offer better value.

@maggiefizzy So when you joined PM had some promotion going on that gave you an extra gig? Typically any promotions like this have an end date. Be it 6 months or 12 months etc.
We are all customers like on you these forums. So feel free to contact PM support and inquire. I suspect that whatever promotion you joined on has now ended (based on the terms n conditions of the promo) and that is why you no longer get it. But reach support as they can see your account details and tell you exactly what is going on.

Also note. When an add-on disappears from your add-on section. That means you have used up all off it. So if you had a 1gig add-on and it no longer displays. That means you have used it all up.
