Missing 5% Points

Is it normal to have not yet received my 5% in points accumulation owed for my March 5th renewal? I got my referral points right away, but the 5% points on my spend has not yet been applied. I messaged support and they said it takes 3-5 business days, and to wait a couple more days.

I know I often have to wait a day or two for one of the points to show up (I cant recall if it's 5% or referrals), while the other is instant. But I've never had it take this long. I don't mind waiting if it's true that it can still take longer, but I'm not convinced the information I received from the support agent is accurate or relevant, seeing as I'm now 5 days since the renewal.

No, I loaded the account with a voucher which does still earn points as it's on net spend (I do this every month). I did have a $3 promotional credit, which obviously would reduce the points earned because it's on net spend. But I still don't have any.

I'm wondering if the $3 discount is throwing something off, as it's the first month I've received that.

Did you pay your whole bill with reward bill credits. If so, your net bill is considered $0.00 and you will earn 5% on nothing for the month.

Anyways, there have been so many changes to the app and site resulting in lots of glitches. Good luck

You've had to wait 3 days before? I've never waited more than 1-2 at most.

Not a cache issue, I've tried the app, incognito, and duckduckgo browser. And I already talked to and agent and they told me it's normal and to wait 🤷 I don't think this is normal.

My history shows 5% applied the next day.

The refers are the same day as renewal.

I've been redeeming my points for the last 6 months straight so I've not been receiving the 5%  during this time 😒.

But when I was, it was within 3 days.

Usually it is within a day. login again using Browser with Incognito mode 

I usually see the points no later than 2 days.  

If you still don't see it, I think you waited long enough, just ask PM by open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
