Hi, I am a new customer with Public Mobile and I'm having a hard time receiving calls or text messages. My older provider is Virgin Mobile and I missed the 90-minute window to confirm the transfer. Now I can't receive anything from my end. I've been trying to get in contact with someone from Public to retrigger the transfer but nothing I'm having a hard time making a ticket. Please I could use some assistance. I have already tried issuing the transfer from the website but since I can receive texts it will not work.
