I recently went to Mexico but my roaming did not work. I would like a refund

There are many people who have that plan and the same phone or other iPhones and it works well over there. Most come here first before they go on vacation to Mexico to be prepared for any bumps in the road. Some have come to this forum while in Mexico and we as customers help and provide guidance and direction on how to resolve it to use it in Mexico. And for that reason, I am confident that Public Mobile will not offer any refunds.

If you have the Cdn/US/Mx plan and data worked in Canada and US, it shoulda worked whilst in Mx also. Did text and talk work as expected ?

do you have a Cdn/US/Mx plan ? I just came back from Mx and it worked great. Did you enable Roaming in Settings ? What make / model is your cell ? You likely not get a refund as PM supplied the plan you wanted. Clcik the orange bubble to start conversion with Customer Support.
