I am not getting some messages from my employer to my phone, which is distrubing. Kindly help me to get all messages on my phone.

@valsa Are you a new customer, or a long-time customer and this only just started happening? Is everything else working, voice calls both incoming and outgoing, cellular data? Are these regular SMS messages, could they be MMS messages, or are you using a separate app for messaging? Are these iPhone to Android messages or vice versa, iPhone to iPhone, Android to Android?
