Messages not downloading or sending photos

I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro phone. It is no longer downloading or sending photos. How do i fix this?

I have already set my APN to the following, but it still doesn't work. My OS is up to date. 

• Name: Public Mobile
• APN: sp.mb.com
• MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
• MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
• MMS port: 8799
• MCC: 302
• MNC: 220

You could try setting your APN settings to following:

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or             default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

Some customers also tried all Capital letters for APN: SP.MB.COM

While others have needed to deleted the existing APN.  Then make a new APN with the above settings. 

Afterwards, you can try to reboot your phone.  Network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
